With the launch of XPG Levante 360, ADATA has taken its XPG Levante AIO CPU cooler series to a new level. As the name suggests, it is an AIO with a 360mm radiator, which can provide good performance even with Intel Core i9 or AMD Ryzen 9 processor.

As with most PC brands, we are studying the Asetek design using Asetek's Gen 7 pump, which should be consistent with other available 360mm radiator AIO. We have always been impressed by the AIO solution based on Asetek's design, but have not yet found a solution with poor performance.

ADATA has added some of its own features to differentiate XPG Levante 360 from the competition, but are these enough to make it a contender for the best AIO CPU cooler, and should you buy one for your next PC build? ?

Bottom line: XPG Levante 360 AIO has many things to love, including excellent heat capacity and cooling performance. It also looks very stylish and fits most PC versions. This is the cooler for Intel Core i9 or AMD Ryzen 9 processors.

The suggested retail price of XPG Levante 360AIO is $180. This is a high price for an all-in-one liquid CPU cooler with a huge 360 mm radiator. Then there is an RGB block with three 120mm RGB fans.

Compared to competitors' AIO coolers, you can find some more affordable coolers with a price of just over $100 or high-end solutions for $300.

ADATA contains everything needed to add XPG Levante 360 to the PC version. There are brackets and necessary screws for AMD and Intel platforms, including support for 12th generation processors. There is an ARGB controller that can be connected to your RGB fan and block, but this step is completely optional. If possible, I recommend connecting them to your motherboard.

Except for the fan, everything in the package is packaged intact, and the fan is located in a loose cardboard cutout. I prefer to see these fans in the actual box, but this is a little fussy because there is no damage during transportation. Speaking of fans, I am a big fan of these 120mm blowers from ADATA.

They have RGB lights on the outer frame and inner shell. This creates a considerable visual effect, with the frame and blades glowing in rainbow colors. The rest of AIO looks similar to other Asetek design solutions. You have an all-black style with an aluminum radiator and copper-based CPU block.

After installation, XPG Levante 360 looks stylish and keeps your CPU cool.

Since ADATA's CPU block does not do any extravagant things, it is very compact, and even the most restricted PC case should not cause problems. Once installed, it looks very stylish. Whether you are using Intel or AMD, the installation process is easy. With ASUS ROG X570-E Gaming and MSI Z690 Carbon WiFi, there is no problem with the radiator installation.

When you have three fans with RGB lighting, wiring can be very troublesome because you have a total of six connections. Some brands are easier to manage, while others are not. Fortunately, ADATA is in the front camp. The fans can be connected in a daisy chain via RGB and PWM/power connections, so only two cables are required to connect to the motherboard.

For AMD, we tested AIO with AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, and for Intel, we used Intel Core i9-12900K. Both are flagship processors, and they emit more heat than anything else without entering the enthusiast field. For testing purposes, all three fans are set to 50%, the pump speed is set to full speed, and there is no PWM control.

Unless you run some serious synthetic benchmark software, such as Cinebench R23, you will not reach the temperature of the pressure level. Even with overclocking, the game temperature is very good, never exceeding 60C. Considering how many cores are in each processor, this makes XPG Levante 360 a perfect match for Intel and AMD PCs.

As mentioned earlier, I would have liked to see better fan packaging so that the cables in the box would not loosen. Other brands use boxes or plastic bags for each fan, which is a good move here. Like other Asetek Gen 7 pumps, this XPG cooler becomes a bit louder at higher RPM, but you won't notice any noise on the top of the chassis fan inside the case.

There is also no fan on the CPU water block. This may be caused by the high temperature of the motherboard components (including the regulator module). If your PC case has sufficient airflow and multiple case blowers, you should be fine, but you need to keep this in mind when overclocking.

The closest competitor to XPG Levante 360 is AIO, which follows the Asetek design and Gen 7 pump, which is the most AIO of the brand. We recently reviewed the ASUS ROG Ryujin II 360 with similar specifications, except for the ASUS radiator with an integrated screen and fan on the main water pump block.

If you don't like to spend too much money on a water CPU block to get a beautiful display effect, then an excellent 360mm AIO such as NZXT Kraken Z73 can be made simpler with some RGB fans and blocks. Similarly, this AIO is much more expensive than ADATA's XPG Levante 360.

The performance between these AIOs will be largely the same (within the margin of error) because they use the same pump and radiator settings. It should boil down to how much you want to spend, and which design you prefer and which ecosystem you may have become part of.

If you plan to buy Intel Core i9 and AMD Ryzen 9 processors or do some overclocking, you should buy this CPU cooler. It supports all modern processors, is equipped with everything needed to create eye-catching PC builds with RGB lighting, and has a high enough heat capacity for powerful equipment.

XPG Levante 360 is Asetek AIO. This means that its performance is very good, very suitable for most Intel and AMD PC versions. Taking into account some margins of error, the performance is about the same as expected, almost the same as other AIOs. I am a big fan of the fan provided by ADATA with its AIO cooler (I will stop now, guarantee).

They perform well, don't produce much noise, and I like the way RGB lighting is designed. If your PC case has room for a large 360 mm radiator, and you plan to use at least Intel Core i9 or AMD Ryzen 9, then this radiator should be shortlisted. If you have a motherboard with an ARGB connector, this will further increase the already palatable deal.

In a word: ADATA’s XPG Levante 360 is an excellent cooler for most CPUs (including Intel Core i9 and AMD Ryzen 9). If you want the ultimate performance to further promote the development of the processor, then this is as good as what you get.
